CALHOUN COUNTY COMMISSION
REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Calhoun County Commission is seeking competitive bids for a complete lighting upgrade to LED fixtures at the Calhoun County Courthouse in Grantsville, WV.
The upgrade includes removing all non-LED fixtures and replacing them with LED fixtures of the same type, design and lumens, all materials and labor including cleanup and debris removal. There are approximately 170 fixtures in total.
Bidders must have a valid contractor’s license, references and must be insured.

Sealed bids will be due by Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 5pm when they will be opened and read at a public Commission meeting.
The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality therein. All bids must be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of opening. Project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (prevailing wage) and Build America Buy America requirements.
